We share your registration details (name, age, category, emergency contact) with the organiser of each event you register for. Organisers are contractually bound not to use this data for any purpose other than managing the event.
Payment data is transmitted directly to our payment partners (Razorpay, PayU). We receive only a transaction confirmation token — we never store card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs.
We use trusted third-party services for cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, and customer support. These providers process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements and cannot use it independently.
We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority — for example, in response to a valid request from Indian law enforcement. We will notify you of such disclosures where legally permitted.

Update or correct inaccurate personal data at any time from your account profile page. For data held by event organisers, contact us and we'll coordinate the correction.
Request deletion of your account and associated data. We'll erase your data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain records (e.g., financial transactions for 7 years under Indian tax law).
Withdraw marketing consent or opt out of non-essential cookies at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
We take data security seriously and apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
All data transmitted to and from SportzLive is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Stored personal data — including your profile and registration records — is encrypted at rest using AES-256.
Account data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, personal data is erased within 30 days. Financial transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax and accounting law.
Access to personal data within SportzLive is restricted to employees who require it to do their jobs. All staff with data access undergo annual privacy and security training.
In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by law.
